Yaaa I said it, the mind…. I’m sure your wondering and also asking questions like

How exactly can we keep our minds healthy?

To have a healthy mind, you have to feel good and function properly. For me, happiness is my remedy for a healthy mind. let’s look at how we can keep an healthier mind.

How to keep a healthier mind

  • Stay physically and mentally active.
  • Have a good night sleep.
  • meditate regularly.
  • Connect, be socially involved.
  • Spend time with nature.
  • Develop a healthy lifestyle ( eat properly and exercise daily).
