To have a healthy mind, you have to feel good and function properly. For me, happiness is my remedy for a healthy mind. let’s look at how we can keep an healthier mind.
How to keep a healthier mind
- Stay physically and mentally active.
- Have a good night sleep.
- meditate regularly.
- Connect, be socially involved.
- Spend time with nature.
- Develop a healthy lifestyle ( eat properly and exercise daily).
