Well, self improvement is very important, it majors not just on health but mental, emotional, social, physical and spiritual…
Thinking about it, it all still balls down to health.
Self improvement is also known as personal development. It occurs basically over an individuals lifespan.. We practice self improvement/ personal development everyday.
Did you know that mental and emotional stress can affect your health ?
Here are a few practical self improvement pointer;
- Plan ahead
- Try new things
- Eat healthy
- exercise
- Medicate ( Atleast twice a week)
- Try yoga
- Be positive
- Read books, articles
- watch inspiring videos
- Listen podcasts
- Pick up new hobbies
- Level up your skills
- Get out of your comfort zone
- Challenge your self
- Embrace change
- Learn from others
- Follow your passion
- Visual your goals
- Do not procrastinate
- Be patient
- Be confident
- Do mental work outs
- Always have a good night rest
- Eat breakfast ( very importanter)
- Reward yourself
- Be open to learning
- Don’t be afraid of risks
- Be flexible
- Always expect the unexpected
